Bowman Insurance was founded in 1992 in Louisville, KY, by Keith and Cyndy Bowman. Today, their son David and his cousin Brandon Bowman own and operate Bowman Insurance as a family business that works exclusively with dentists. As an independent agency, they work with many different insurance companies in order to find the best policy for their clients. While many of their clients are in Kentucky and Indiana, they work with dentists and DSOs across the whole country. At first, the agency focused on personal insurance—like life and disability—before expanding their services to include malpractice, business owners insurance, health insurance, and other insurance solutions for the business side of dentistry. You can think of Bowman as a one-stop-shop for all of your insurance needs. For over thirty years, Bowman Insurance has met with dental students at vendor fairs and participated in the Kentucky and Indiana State Dental Associations’ Annual Meetings.
