Board of Dentistry O-Regs Hearing on August 31

To our Members,
It is imperative that our membership show up in large numbers to testify at the August 31 formal hearing at the KBD offices on the O-REGS if the KDA is to have any chance of making further positive changes to the Regs. TO TESTIFY, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE BOARD IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO APPEAR AND THEY MUST RECEIVE THIS WRITTEN REQUEST BY AUGUST 24.
This testimony will not be on the sedation Regs since they are still a work in progress. The sedation Regs will have a separate hearing.
The Board will also accept written input up till the deadline. At the hearing the members of the Board will sit and listen; they will not respond at that time. They will respond in writing at a later date.
