The Kentucky Dental Foundation:

Promotes dental health programs and dental education
Educates the public about dentistry
Establishes and funds dental scholarships
Supports dental research
Supports other organizations with similar goals

Funding comes from several sources:

Charitable donations
Bequest from estates
Kentucky Dental Foundation members
Other interested friends of the Kentucky Dental Foundation

Ways of Giving

Additionally, the Foundation has information available about how you and the Kentucky Dental Foundation may benefit from charitable annuities, planned giving and estate planning. Please indicate on the response card your desire for more information. With your assistance, we can help dentistry grow for the future.

The Foundation has established a campaign to raise $1,000,000 through the solicitation of dentists, dental suppliers and other foundations.

Giving levels for the campaign are:

Benefactor: $125 per year = $500
Theodore E. Logan, Sr. Fellow: $250 per year = $1,000
Platinum: $1,250 per year = $5,000
Diamond: $5,000 per year & up

Building Fund Contribution Categories:

Diamond: $10,000 or greater

Platinum: $5,000 to $9,999

Gold: $2,500 to $4,999

Silver: $500 to $2,499

Bronze: $499 or below
